Too Many Barriers, Not Enough Time

InfinityQS needed to set the stage for Enact, a first-of-its kind, cloud-based SaaS offering that brings enterprise-level statistical process control (SPC) to manufacturers of any size and industry. But many manufacturing quality pros have limited time to investigate a new quality intelligence product, especially when such products are often out of reach due to component and infrastructure costs and complexity or IT and C-level resistance. We needed to communicate the platform’s ability to overcome these barriers—and do so in a way that the target audience could consume quickly.

Innovative Illustrations

Our solution: a series of four short-form, animated videos that introduce the features, benefits, and accessibility of the new Enact platform. Each video addresses a specific pain and illustrates how Enact can help quality pros address it. Through animation, we were able to illustrate barriers and benefits in a way that is more likely to engage viewers. We developed each video to integrate into an overarching look and feel, with similar color schemes, icons, and animation style. But to prevent viewer fatigue and differentiate each topic, each video features an individual visual concept.

Award-Winning Returns

As a supporting piece of our annual content marketing campaign, the videos delivered exceptional results. Landing pages that contain these videos averaged site visits of around 10 minutes, contributing to overall time-on-site improvements of 900% and registering an overall Google brand lift of 38.8% for viewers who watched all four videos. The video series brought acclaim as a Silver winner in the BMA Colorado Gold Keys and were a part of the company’s many marketing kudos: a 2018 BIG Innovation Award (sponsored by the Business Intelligence Group), a spot on the FL100+ Top Software and Technology Providers list (presented by Food Logistics), the ITSMA’s Diamond Award for Marketing Excellence, and a Transform North America Highly Commended Honor for Best Brand Evolution.
