On the verge of a new product release, the company launched a serious rebranding effort—including a full reboot of its website. The site needed a new look, streamlined navigation, and targeted content to help raise brand awareness, direct the buying journey, and support existing customers. And as a global market leader, InfinityQS also needed a message that could translate well across four languages.

A New Look and Feel

Working hand-in-hand with the InfinityQS team, Refactored created content that incorporates the new branding and speaks to customers’ needs while supporting progressive sales and marketing efforts. A new design with a mobile-first approach makes it easier for busy manufacturers to access the site from the shop floor. Streamlined navigation and personalized, localized content improves the user experience and boosts the likelihood of online conversions. A strong SEO strategy and monthly testing (using Google Analytics and MouseFlow) help InfinityQS continually optimize navigation—and site performance. 

Soaring Site Measures

The site refresh and SEO strategy prompted upticks in key site and search measures within the first 6 months . InfinityQS saw improvements in total visits (up 15%), new users (up 13%), time on site (up 14%), and page visits (up 18%). From a lead perspective, conversions rose (up 34%), while the cost of paid conversions dropped (down 56%). Our SEO strategy pepped up organic search traffic (up 15%) and Google keyword ranking, moving  964 keywords into Google’s top 100, with 41 keywords in the top 3 positions.
